Taking Strides

Taking Strides will provide the structure and motivation to challenge you to increase your daily activity! No matter how busy you are, Taking Strides can help you to achieve a more physically active lifestyle.

Taking Strides uses a pedometer to help you monitor and increase your daily steps and in turn increase your physical activity.

To achieve good health a person should strive to take 10,000 steps a day. (This is an equivalent of walking 5 miles).
